Whether the supervisor should use progressive discipline such as warnings or notices of reprimand or should layoff the employee, depends on how the jobholder misbehavior occurs. Only then can you fire problem employees while minimizing the effects on your small company. This assumes you have solid substantiation showing the reason you're terminating her (and the reason cannot be she is pregnant.) o Hire a trained security guard for a day, when you don't have your own security workers. The jobholder's legal defender will, undoubtedly, know this. There are three major items that you, the employer, must remember when firing a worker. Within this section, you should state that this final incident has left you with no other choice than to dismiss this jobholder. Well-written sample separation letters will give the terminated employee plenty of useful information, including why you're terminating him or her. o The misbehavior endangered the worker, coworkers, the company or the public. The dismissal of employees is also difficult for the jobholder in question.
